JOSE RI plan to write corporate a letter as soon as I pause. I gave 2 and not 1 star for 2 reasons: 1. A rep named Jennifer was helpful during my initial visit. 2. because of the ease in using text process to make quick changes in my order. Other than theses, every other interaction was the worse U-Haul experience ever! Suggest, onsite people customer service training, 1-800 call customer service training, equipment mechanical service, website crashed multiple times and overall support was missing.
