Van had no Windshield wiper fluid, and windows were dirty - first stop was a gas station where i purchased blue wiper fluid after confirming with the business this was OK, and wiping all the windows. They were apologetic and asked me to include this note in the review for the management. The truck was found mostly unlocked, with a pen inside but very clean and low milage < 5k. The only "real" complaint i have is the AC does not see, to have a re-circulation option and kept pulling in truck fumes when i was stuck in traffic which made me roll down the windows in the 90+ degree heat, also the steering wheel feel a little dead in the center at 45mph+ leading to a slight constant oversteer/drift that doesnt exist at lower speeds, but that just makes you more aware of the road i guess... Overall a 90/100% compared to other rentals in my life : )

This was a horrible experience. The U-haul app did not work. I was supposed to pick up my car at 6:30am, but I couldn't get the app to work. I downloaded the app, watched "how to" videos the day before, but it didn't work when I showed up at the facility. When i loaded the app and tried to go through the steps, it just kept saying that my pickup "will be ready" but it never let me advance to the step-by-step process. Worse, there was no active customer support for this processl. I tried the customer support and no one answered. I even tried doing a "live chat" using my phone on the U-haul website but no one communicated back with me. I had to call another U-haul facility (the first one that opened up) and they had to "reset" my reservation or something. Finally it worked at 8:30am--2 hours past my supposed pick up time. This really ruined my move-in day. I'm really upset about this process and U-haul's application. I cannot believe I paid $120 in total for this. I don't think I'll ever use this again. I told all this to the people at the RV Storage Depot, and they said that they've heard the app has not worked for people and they said I should follow up with U-haul. If there is something more that people using the app need to know for this process, this information should be clearly communicated on the U-haul website.

The tank was at a 1/2 tank but since I dropped it off during closed hours I was not there to make sure we both saw the same. i did take a picture though with the milage to prove it. Too bad we cant down load it to prove it.

This was an awful experience. We waited asking with 10 other people for three employees to show up for more than 30 minutes. they never checked in the trucks from the night before.. just handed us the keys And sent us off. I went back in you tell them that there were scratches that were not marked with stickers and no one xhecked my gas....again told it was fine. We returned the truck less than 3 hours lstery.. before closing time.. and and were made to wait with a sign on the door that they would return later. The truck was not checked in by the counter..they just took our keys I received a bill tonight for $200 stating I owed for fuel and 125 miles. I only drove 15 miles... i am sure I was charged for the client before me that was not checked in. I now have to waste my time again tomorrow to get it resolved. Please have management contact me directly to resolve this matter.

When I picked up the truck. I was not able to because the wrong code was given to me. I had to wait until the office opened to get the truck. In addition the number that was provided if I was unable to unlock the box to call. I never received a call back. I could have been their all day without a truck. Very disappointed with the service. Won’t be using you again or even recommending.

WHEN I GOT TO THE OFFICE NOBODY WAS THERE THE DOOR WAS OPEN I WAITED 30 MINUTES AND WAS LATE AT FACTORY FOR MY PICK UP THEY CHARGED ME 50 EXTRA AT THE FACTORY... BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT IN OFFICE! WHAT BUSINESS CLOSES FOR LUNCH?? THAT'S CRAZY.. I RESERVED THE TRUCK IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WAITING IT WAS NOT!!.. SO I ASKED ABOUT THE TRUCK THAT WAS IN FRONT.... THEY SAID IT WAS JUST RETURNED BUT IT WILL EXTRA MONEY... I HAD NO CHOICE I TOOK IT... I HAVE USED YOU MANY TIMES BUT THIS IS THE LAST TIME... I PUT 35 DOLLARS IN GAS...I GAVE THEM THE RECEIPTS.. I THOUGHT IT WAS HALF FULL THEY SAID IT WAS 5/8 I WENT A LITTLE OVER HALF THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. LOOK HOW MANY TIMES FROM MANY PLACES I HAVE USED YOU MY SON, MY DAUGHTER, AND MY SON IN LAW HAVE USED YOU.. YOU WON'T SEE US AGAIN...………………………………...NEVER!! .BILLY GREENBERG 951-545-8278

I am astounded that I was billed for 2 days since (1) I picked up at 9 am on a Saturday and returned at 9 am on Sunday but location was closed so, I could not be processed until just minutes after 10 am on the Sunday. Because you were not open I was charged a second day despite the fact that I was there and waiting for you. The charges were for both safe move and daily rental. Shame on you

The truck I was assigned for my rental is in desperate need of an alignment. The wheel was turned almost 90 degrees to the right to go straight. In addition to the the alignment as soon as I got on to the freeway and began to accelerate to 55+ MPH the truck would bounce/shake significantly. At times making me feel unsafe. This was the 3rd or 4th time I've rented a truck from this location but the first time I've been unhappy with the vehicle I rented.
