Daniel, the employee at the pick-up location was helpful and efficient. One improvement would be to have the rental vehicle on site and not somewhere else and expect the customer to retrieve the rental from there. Of all the rentals I have rented over the years and in different countries, I’ve always received the rental vehicle with a full tank of gas. However, this rental vehicle had only half a tank at pick-up. An inconvenience to me.

omar kReservation was at 9 am. The place opened late. Their trucks are parked at a different location 10 min away. The lady at this location and her team at another location by trucks took forever to coordinate. Finally got the key close to 10 am. Wasted an hour and had worst uhaul experience ever.
