The safety chain to attach to the chain , the locking part ( simply cheap rubber part) was broken , and location had no Xtra . We had to take it as such , we paid insurance but not for U-Haul lack of maintenance reasons. Displeased with this and had no other choices , or at least offered no other choices .
Michel DMake sure truck is clean and doesn’t smell. Also make sure billing is correct as was charged for appliance dolly and received just a regular dolly.
Matteo GI was charged 10$ extra insurance which I never chose and I expect to be refunded
