The process was awful. I wa quotes 86.00. When I got to U-Haul the size I reserved was not available. I moved to the next size. It was advertised at 29.95. I paid $189! For 6 hours! Deceptive practices!
Kafi DThe gentleman in the office was very helpful in telling me how to use the app to complete my rental. Very pleasant. The truck was very clean and ran well.
FELICIA MOwner/agent should take care to tighten the hookup of the trailer to customer's hitch. I had to tighten it to minimize the rough vibrations being transmitted from the trailer to my van. Also, the safety chains should be hooked up without scraping the ground. Mine were scraping and causing sparks. Overall, though, I had a good experience: check-in and return were easy, and the agent was pleasant.
