So disappointed this trip I've been renting U-Hauls for 30-40 years, it was hard to schedule this time I got charged an extra $90 Then the help that I got through there would not listen the guy smelled terrible, I took the truck back nobody was there for at least 3 days after I dropped the truck off Just so very unhappy still have not received my refund very irritating no one to communicate this with Why did she raise my cost at the last minute when I had everybody in hand and lined up very terrible customer service However she was helpful on setting up a new driver on the app
