The driver who is young was given the keys to a 10 foot truck instead of a 15 foot truck which I was charged for - the person at Crossroads Inn then lied to the regional U Haul man when I complained & said he gave them the 15' truck - I have rented form U Haul many times & never had the problems I encountered with this rental - maybe it was just this place - its below average in all ways - would never rent form this location again or for anyone living 1 1/2 hours form me - we are honest people & only expect honesty & respect in return from the representatives of your company....

DEREK CMy problem was not with pick up or drop off it was the service itself. I hate that UHaul is the only option for rentals. It’s not easy to deal with people and they are very tube. The actually pick up person was extremely nice and respectful and drop off was easy. ITS THE PEOPLE THAT CALL TO SET THE RESERVATION THATS THE PROBLEM
