The gentleman that runs the uhaul ant the Moira ny location is never there and when I called uhaul they said they would take care of the mileage and the gentleman never read the notes now he is trying to charge me for the mileage

I thought the location was extremely convenient and the manager or owner was really nice very competent and very professional. However, the location needed a little bit of tidying up. Other than that, I am very pleased with the experience.
SHANNON FI needed a Truck at Malone, NY the largest town within an hour. However I needed to drive over 13 miles to someone's house in a very rural area to pick up a truck. Desperately need a UHaul agent in Malone, NY. The main town in the area.
