I thought the location was extremely convenient and the manager or owner was really nice very competent and very professional. However, the location needed a little bit of tidying up. Other than that, I am very pleased with the experience.

I needed a Truck at Malone, NY the largest town within an hour. However I needed to drive over 13 miles to someone's house in a very rural area to pick up a truck. Desperately need a UHaul agent in Malone, NY. The main town in the area.

dean cHe was very friendly and helpful and apologetic for the last truck I had driven up to NY from Windsor Ontario, it was a crappy truck (not his fault, uhaul's fault) with multiple issues, it did get me there although took much longer because of the issues. This truck for this trip was new, it was great.
