U-Haul’s app is horrible. It doesn’t work, I called and spoke to multiple U-Haul employees and they all said they agreed and hear that every day and what has U-Haul done to fix it? Nothing. The next time I rent, if U-Haul still has the same app, I’ll rent from some other company. Fix the damn thing.

Had set it up to pick up at 8:30 a.m. We was to be in Dahinda at 9. We got there and the mechanic on duty did not know the procedure. Ends up We needed a code to get the key, which we did not have. Called the number given to up and he was on vacation finally got another number. It took an hour of time waisted.

BETHANY GRobin came in on her day off, and personally picked out the trailer she felt was right for the journey to Brooklyn. It pulled real good, and drop off here was a breeze… you folks might consider peppering your customers with fewer emails! I got 7 in all, and had the darndest time figuring out the one that had the drop off location!
