The actual location of the vehicle was hidden somewhere and took me forever to fine the vehicle. Agent was supposed to be open on Sunday and nobody was in the store or picked up the phone. Had to go through the 1-800 number to get everything done.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe store was not open at 9:30 as shown on the door and online. I had to wait 45 minutes before someone showed up to open the store and give me the keys for the truck. While convenient to Englewood, in the future I’ll go elsewhere.

Bruno GOverall, the customer service at this location was good. However, I was very concerned to find a bag of marijuana in the glove compartment of the rental van. My wife and I work in professions where something like this could have had serious consequences for us, even though it wasn’t ours. Vehicles should be thoroughly inspected and cleaned before being rented to the next customer to prevent situations like this.
