charged more than said was going to no gas in truck had to put 12 in it did not check mileage while i was there will not use u-haul ever again will tell others how i was done on a very limited income did not like the surprise of the cost was told a different price but had to pay insurance to make it more there was no milage wrote down and was not checked in my presence not happy at all
