KASSIM AI had a 8 am early pickup scheduled via the app. I called upon arrival and was told due to a late return the truck was not checked in. I would have to wait until 9am when they opened. I started calling but no one responded until after 9:30. I finally got the truck around 10 am after the men I hired had been sitting for 2 hours. Yes, I had to pay them for their time. The truck had less than half a tank of fuel and the cargo area had trash in it. The owner was more worried about the parade than his business. No he didn’t offer a discount either. NO I will not use them again!
