The equipment was not at the location I reserved it for. I had to drive to another location at 4AM The key lock box at the location was not visible or identified so I had to search around the property for it The vehicle blew a fuel pump fuse 1/2 way to our destination and I was 4hrs late due to these issues and was not able to complete the task I had driven for.
