It was a nightmare at the first locations i was directed to. i went to 3 locations before this one and the first location didnt have the truck i reserved, the second location the lady had no clue what she was doing and kept saying the truck was there but it wouldnt let me rent it? idk she was helping a lady before me and i waited an hour for her to help me , there was a guy behind me that needed help. after talking to customer service they informed me that they didnt have the truck i needed so i got a text saying my order was sent to another location so i went there and the lady was friendly but stated she doesn't know why they sent me there because they had no trucks there. at that point i gave up and sent everyone i hired to help me move home. i later got a text saying order was sent to this location. luckily this location helped me and everything was good after that.

This was literally a gas station where we parked the truck for drop off. We used the online service to take pictures of the truck and left the key in a drop box so there was no human interaction necessary.

Owner did not seem to know what he was doing. His desk was very unorganized, and I had to sign for my uhaul beside day old egg rolls. Would not recommend this location at all.

Be more clear about pick up and return times. I picked up at 3:49 on Friday and returned at 5:05 Tuesday and had to pay for the vehicle thru Wednesday. That seems like a shady practice.
