Convoluted process, you didn’t alert me to having to provide two references at 8 am that needed to be called before approving me. You have my license, credit card and confirmed identification. You would think I was taking out a mortgage.. I will not use Uhaul again for my moving needs.

Paul WI still had to call in to straighten out our rental when we arrived late to the site. This made the process much more complicated than it should have been. Overall, however, it wasn't completely unsatisfactory. The truck was clean and worked well for our needs. Dropping the truck off was simple and this was appreciated.
