Not all questions should be yes or no. There should be room to say maybe or something. First of all, we reserved a 10 foot truck the week before which was not available when we got there. The truck was clean, but in driving it, did not have any pick up at all and did not shift into other gears very quickly. All in all, we got the job done, but the reason we chose this location was location only.
