Help the customer better
Carol DRented a car dolly. Barely any customer service. Equipment was damaged but it was the only one available in the area and had to take it. Fender was cracked. Brake and running lights didn't work. Asked for someone to help with the hookup, girl didn't know anything about hookup and called someone who didn't answer the phone, so no one helped. Really poor customer service.
