The equipment was fine, it would be nice to not have to lift the heavy tongue on this trailer and have a jack. I do not care for renting from this location, however and wish there were some other options in my community.

Bring back the full tank policy. I probably put more fuel back in the tank than I used.
Ross MThe Office person, Mayrna, was fruendly, respectful, and helpful. She made the whole checkin / checkout process. The car dolly was easy to use. The only difficulty was removing the straps from the ratchet. The straps swelled up from the rain, which made their removal a bit time consuming. I rate my overall experience 5/5 stars!!
