Kaytlin was very nice and showed concern when I told her of the short comings of the equipment.

Worst uhaul experience of my life. The most inept person working the desk It took one hour to get the truck. She was so confused she had to cancel my original reservation and start over. In the process she SOMEHOW removed the 32 free miles I was supposed to get. I will never use Uhaul again

I was overcharged when I returned the truck for gas, as I spent $45 to fill it before I returned it. The woman at Fort Knox said thay it was a gauge reading error and that the district manager would have to credit me. Lance, the district manager stated that he would refund the $65 charge, but has not done this yet and it has been about two weeks. I have called him several times. This would have been a good experience except that I can not get this resolved.
