Your online service leaves much to be desired. The people at this location are fine but my reservation was made online and processed online. Frigging nightmare.
Marie Y.Fort Knox Storage was fine. But my reservation for a drop off truck turned out to be only for daily use. U Haul totally screwed me up. They should get their act together. I will not be using U-Haul again
