1. Confirm equipment more than 24 hours ahead of time. In my case i was travelling by bus to kenora where i was picking up equipment to travel back to thunder bay. I ended up cancelling the truck because i was worried i would get there and then be told there was no truck, so then i drove my own vehicle and hoped to get a trailer 2. Let people know verbally if the instructions . I requested to drop the 2 trailers i rented at the same locations and was not told that it was in fact split between 2 locations. I got to thunder bay and was told.. look at your papers you were supposed to call.
