We booked a larger trailer, there were 2 on the lot , 13 days before we needed it and were told it was reserved. We checked 2 days before we were to pick it up and were told the trailer that size was no longer available. It was explained to us that there is no such thing as a reservation for u-haul equipment and that the girl who took the reservation should have explained that. It should be explained that u-haul is first come first served! Terrible service!
