I have used this location several times and Preston has always come through for us. This time, Preston was especially helpful in finding a solution to meet our needs. He went above and beyond to get us the right equipment to make our move a smooth one. I don't believe anyone else would have taken the time to make things right for us. Preston rocks!!

Lisa KA rip-off I rented a uhaul from them and the truck was on 1/8 of gas and everybody knows the way you pick it up is the way you bring it back well it said I was to bring it back on a 1/4 but I received it on a 1/8 and I submitted a picture that the vehicle was on a 1/8 upon pick-up my total was $62.73 but when I looked at my bank account they charged me an extra $30 plus $4 for every gallon they took $113.48 they had to put in the uhaul so I put in a dispute and they said they was going to call me and I never received a call from corporate or anybody from the store...very unprofessional all around even with corporate for not trying to communicate about the issue this uhaul on Atlanta Highway in Montgomery Alabama.....will never recommend to anybody
