Customer service is poor to nonexistent, you should never ever make a rental from this location, you will be highly disappointed, try other locations close by, here you may be extorted or better yet robbed of your money 💰...do not under any circumstances rent from this location. The management is rude and the trucks are not swept, vacuumed or well kept. I made the fatal mistake of trusting uhaul but never again, take your money and business elsewhere, leave these assholes on Atlanta Highway to their own devices, they will fail , do not support this establishment. I suggest boycotting this location, at 3929 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, Alabama

Pickup location changed multiple times including in route to pick up which delayed loading by 2 hours due to office hours of final pickup location. Final location pickup service operator was great. I also found each location to be helpful and making every effort to assist.
Peter BI have used this location several times and Preston has always come through for us. This time, Preston was especially helpful in finding a solution to meet our needs. He went above and beyond to get us the right equipment to make our move a smooth one. I don't believe anyone else would have taken the time to make things right for us. Preston rocks!!
