How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey were very helpful but kinda nickel and dime you with “extra” charges.
Jeff pThanks to all for working with me.
Kim JJust keep the good customer service that you have they are very friendly and professional
Carrie SI reserved a dolly with my truck and was not informed until I arrived for the pick up that there was no dolly for me. Why does U-Haul have all my contact information and could have called me ahead of time that day or the day before to tell me they would not have a dolly? What is the point of having how my contact information if you're not gonna call and tell me something that would have helped?
