Carrie SI reserved a dolly with my truck and was not informed until I arrived for the pick up that there was no dolly for me. Why does U-Haul have all my contact information and could have called me ahead of time that day or the day before to tell me they would not have a dolly? What is the point of having how my contact information if you're not gonna call and tell me something that would have helped?
glenda aCustomer service is poor to nonexistent, you should never ever make a rental from this location, you will be highly disappointed, try other locations close by, here you may be extorted or better yet robbed of your money 💰...do not under any circumstances rent from this location. The management is rude and the trucks are not swept, vacuumed or well kept. I made the fatal mistake of trusting uhaul but never again, take your money and business elsewhere, leave these assholes on Atlanta Highway to their own devices, they will fail , do not support this establishment. I suggest boycotting this location, at 3929 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, Alabama
