Felt unsafe, they had to many people out front hanging around and no one in the business knew how to fill out the needed info, someone did it over the phone

The vehicle that I picked up was the only one at this location. The person renting the vehicle was a store operator. I had to type my personal credit card info onto his personal computer. I was not happy about that & the entire experience!!!
