Online Rental Process: User friendly. Checking in Process: The check-in attendant was friendly, prompt and communicative. Van conditions: Van was dirty inside. I had to sweep it before loading my contents. Also, the rolling door kept getting jammed. There was a cord that would get dislodged and then the rolling door had problems sliding up. It did not have problems sliding down. I forgot to tell the attendant that, because when we returned the van there was torrential downpour and we were just trying to stay dry.
