I was charged for things that I didn’t ask for when I made my original reservation. I did not want any smart move Insurance any of that stuff. Took me 25 minutes to check in to get the vehicle. According to the picture, I took just on my phone. I returned the car or truck with the same amount of gas. However, when I use the app, the picture makes it look like I used more gas.

Did not have the furniture pads
Michelle QThey have in this place in a laundromat .. the poor lady didn’t know how to successfully return my truck. So I had to use the app in order to complete the drop off . She wasted more that 1 hour of my time .
