The location itself was not the problem it was the hassle of dealing with the U-Haul rental process that was. I sat at this location for over 30 mins trying to get through all the prompts and checks and everything before I could get the keys to the vehicle. It was by far the most difficult part of my moving experience

JASON SUHaul sent me to a different location per my order confirmation email and only after a very long phone call to UHaul Customer Service did I get redirected to the correct location. So overall review is not great, but location above was very helpful when I eventually arrived there.
