I put in the drop off location as the Uhaul on Ogontz Ave in cheltenham. I never got notified that it would be this one that was over 30 mins away. I was very dissatisfied with having to drive that far instead of going to one that was less than 10 mins away. Do better in communicating these changes

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTiff at the MontgomeryVille PA 947 Bethlehem Pike facility was excellent. Very kind, helpful, sympathetic to my situation and accommodating. Unloading carts was concerning. I was told they are often stolen or people put them in their storage unit. Even caught on camera one lady continuously denies doing thi. Preventing others that need to use them to unload. Therefore, carts are not left in the hallways. Otherwise, the facility and the staff was a five star.*****
Linda JDrop off instructions after hours need to be a little mote clear. Parked where told. Cleaned out truck, left plenty of fuel and put keys in slot only to find out that I needed a photo of the dash with mileage and fuel level. Too late. Not the places fault. U-haul should tell you that upfront just in case of an auto return. Plus clearance warnings popped up on the App hours after driving away. Good thing I was paying attention.
