Harry HThere was no one on site, which is fine because it was just a drop off location. The key drop slot was hard to find, it was not marked well at all. I recommend a larger sign with drop off instructions. There was very little parking available, as I got there so did another U-haul dropping off and we had a very hard time navigating the narrow driveway that we had to work with. I tried to use the app to complete the drop off and the app was giving me error messages and telling me to try again later. I finally got ahold of a live operator to help me, and was told that she could not complete the drop off for me, that I would need to do it from a web browser. all of this was going on while 2 Uhaul trucks and 2 cars were trying to navigate a very narrow driveway. I have used U-haul several times in the past 3-5 years, this is the only time I have had a bad experience. It had more to do with U-hauls drop off procedure not working on the app than the drop off location itself. Either way it was very frustrating. I eventually just threw the keys in the slot and drove away without completing the web portion of the drop off. It was mostly out of frustration and also did not have the time to take these extra steps that were needed.
Thomas RThey were very nice, receiving the truck back. I am not sure how I missed closer locations, however. Also, there is a U-haul rental location very close to me in Dublin, PA. I think they could not take the truck size I rented, but would have liked to know if that was truely the case.
