There was no key in the pickup box. Owner had to come out to give me the key. I was charged for not filling the truck up with gas at drop off , but when I picked the truck up, it only had a little over half a tank of gas.

Rose RNot sure I would recommend it depends on who I’m talking to and what the circumstances are. I have not had a good experience with U-Haul in the last two times that I’ve done business. I think I will try Penske or Budget rental next time.
