Was unable to pull ramp out to use it as there is something hanging down that is preventing ramp from being pulled out. Also I declined the insurance but to the locations defense the U Haul software was down for the iPad so they had to try to use the online system on the computer which apparently they had never used previously.

Edward LThe store didn’t open until 8:00 am, my drop off was at 7:27 am, and there was a friend staff member there when I arrived to drop off the 26’ and he told me don’t worry about anything I can take it from here, smooth transition for drop off.
