Pickup location did not tell us that we COULDN'T drop off our truck at a different location and we were almost charged. When we called to ask if we could they just told us to call UHAUL and didnt know themselves that their trucks are one way and that other locations cant receive them for drop off.

matias RArrive was great, but the latch chain was stuck. Could not open the tailgate. Would working, however super inconvenient. .
Jerry CIt took a long time to pick up the truck. Blankets weren’t available and checking out was slow. The truck also needs an alignment.
Kathleen PThey did not have the refrigerator dolly that I requested. Made it hard to move the appliances. Nice people. No other concerns.
