Uhaul trailer did not come with a Jack/ram. Person working said not allowed to send them with trailer. So there is no way of disconnecting without uhaul personnel being in position to do it. This is not helpful if you need to disconnect from vehicle at away from uhaul location. It seems very unusal not to have the ability to disconnect even for safety or mechanical issues.
DAVID BThe young lady who served us was very good, helpful and friendly. The gentleman was unprofessional and unhelpful, talking to a friend and ignoring us while we waited. The trailer we booked was sitting in a 3 inch mud puddle, several other same size trailers in dryer locations were available but not the "one" we booked. We had to deal with mud in our truck for the remainder of our move.
BILL HU-Haul need to UPDATE their information- this location IS OPEN Monday - Saturday and closed Sundays Customers should be able to book at location of their choosing - NOT where U-Haul favors
Nicole CI like the location on the outside of town and not just dragging the trailer around town. But there was no one there and no one ever contacted me to confirm drop off.
