I like the location on the outside of town and not just dragging the trailer around town. But there was no one there and no one ever contacted me to confirm drop off.

The employee and I both missed a lock that had been left on the back of the truck by the previous user so I had to cut that off before I could load the truck. Not a big worry.

LORO KI find the uhaul app needs improvement. It times out so fast that it .makes it impossible to use. I have tried it .any times and never have I had good results.
