My original receipt said pick up at that location and drop off at north verity parkway in Middletown Ohio at 12:30 am. It would not allow me to do so so I spent 26 dollars more than I was supposed to and I called the 1800 number and absolutely zero help! Will not do this again lesson learned.

Google maps did a terrible job of routing us to this location from S Dixie Dr. We did not go inside but truck dropoff went well.
Gregory RWas charged $84 for gas that I was not responsible for. Somebody stole gas from the truck after I dropped it off and instead of checking their security cameras to see if the truck had been tampered with they charged me $84 which I'm still waiting for a refund
