I recently rented an auto transport from U-Haul, and overall, it was a great experience. The online reservation process was quick and easy, and the trailer was ready at the scheduled pick-up time. The trailer was well-maintained and in good condition, and loading my vehicle onto it was straightforward. Staff was super friendly.

Owner doesn’t speak very good English and is hard to understand.
Daniel MOriginal location for reservation didn’t have 20’ moving truck. U-Haul called early evening the day before reservation pickup to another location. This place didn’t have 20’ truck either. And opened after pick up time. So I had to choose between 26’ or 15’ and was late getting vehicle onsite for movers. Poorly done by U-Haul. I returned the truck clean and fueled but got some $10 charge not explained.
Kevin PIf I could give this a zero rating I would!!!! I was absolutely horrified with the poor customer service here. From start to finish all we had was problems. The gentleman at the counter was very rude upon pick up when my fiancé went to go get the truck. Then upon return he told me he was not checking the truck back in for me that I had to do it in my app. I couldn’t get the images to save because of the poor service in that location. He then stuck his phone in my face and proceeded to ask where the bankers and dolly were. I let him know they were in the back of the truck as that’s what I have done with EVERY other U-Haul rental. He said no you go get them and bring them in here now. So me and my friend went out to the truck and wrestled all 24 blankets and the dolly in the building for this sorry man. He still wouldn’t take the keys for me so I put them in the drop box. He doesn’t need to be a U-Haul dealer if he cannot work with the community.
