I don’t think there’s anything that needs to be improved. I’ve rented vehicles from that location multiple times I’ve always had a great experience. Great customer service and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Not a thing
Jeffrey RI paid for a 15 foot Uhaul. The Uhaul is actually 12 feet because they include the "granny's attic", a TINY cubby, to the feet. You lose 3 feet of space, which is really considerable. I feel this is FALSE advertising!
DIANE MPickup was quick and straightforward. I had a problem with my hitch and the guys let me use their tools to fix it.
KAYTLYN CI cannot see any improvement that could be made to go any better than it did.
