Person (Susie) promptly came outside when arriving to return truck, and return was quick and easy. Susie sent a text the day before return with address and info, which was nice.

AARON RI did the pick up with a smart device since I wanted to pick up before the location opened, the pickup process was great. The truck (not the locations fault at all) was absolute garbage, it was NOT worth half of what I paid. I've driven plenty of box trucks and this was by far the worst!
