No one was there to help, had to go to the app to check it back in! Facility needs more signage regarding being a U-Haul return! It's in a hotel!

No one was there, place way to small, rental prices way too expensive, will not use U-Haul again
Steven BThe staff didn't know how to do a return and told me it was self serve I had to check it in myself and they were rude and had attitude. So I called the 800 number to do just that and the staff from the drop off location and myself had an argument which was very unprofessional

Yes, since I didn’t talk to anybody, and I don’t want to say no because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. In other words, the answer is not applicable thank you!
