I rented your truck in TN and the truck was loaded and I drove it personally to MI. The truck was in very bad condition. The steering wheel was crooked and very dangerous to drive. The ABS brake light came on about 50 miles into the trip and the brakes on the truck were very bad. The other issue is the whole front end of the truck was shaking due to an alignment issue, (probably why the steering wheel was so crooked) and this made driving this truck very dangerous. The issue I had was I was loaded up and could not change out trucks at a U-Haul location as I did not have people there to assist to unload and reload. I dropped off the truck at the nearest U-Haul store Traverse City MI and rented a car to get home. I was charged a $1,542.00 drop off fee which is unacceptable and I would ask for a credit as your equipment you rented to me was not safe. I have pictures and video of the truck and its issues.

Don WNo one here at drop off i had to unload trailer myself!!! 65 year old man with two back surgeries in past year!!!! In forgivable at 1:20 on a Saturday afternoon!!!
WALTER SWindshield wipers did not work so I lost 1/2 a day of usage.
Tracy SI was relocated to this location which resulted in an additional 3 hours of my day being taken up and an additional 70 miles driven that I had to pay for. At the pick up the app did not allow me to upload pictures. Next time I have to move I am going to explore all other options before returning here.
