This rental is done remotely and has no storefront. The van is in a deserted gated lot. The guy said he would text me instructions for getting the key a half hour before I arrived but he never did. I had to track him down when I arrived at the lot. It was upsetting and it held me up from getting on the road. Then he said he would send me a text with instructions on dropping off the rental. He did do that but the link didn’t work. I tried contacting him, calling UHaul for help…all dead ends. And finally, the next day I get an email that I owe him more money! The day after that, I get an email saying since I didn’t pay, I now owe him double! Buyer beware.
