The service was good. The attendant was friendly. But I received an unexpected charge of $15 on the final bill for a service I’d declined during the mobile reservation. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed.

Employee had no knowledge about rental process
RONALD HI had decline insurance, but they still charge me for it and I was overcharged by $15 plus tax The staff was not helpful in fixing this issue
Maulik SI had a problem with the truck, as there was significant leaking, but customer service was able to help me, and I feel like it was a satisfactory response.
