I rented a uhual 3 days in row. Last day I rented the van Day 1 and day 2 I rented a 20ft truck. Paid $69ish Day 3 I rented the van and declined the ins. But was still charged the $25 insurance. Which made it the same cost as the 20ft I put less than 5 miles each day and filled it with gas For 13 miles in 3 days total I spent over $200. Day 3 renting of van I feel I was totally overcharged
Michael RThe truck was in new condition and very clean. The location had issues connecting to uhaul and was of no assistance getting the reservation and pickup finalized so I could get on the road. I had to reenter everything through the app with very poor cell service in this area. The process took much longer then it should have.
