I returned the UHaul at 4:55 on Friday 2/20/26 My return did not process until 10:55 am 2/21/26. I believe i was charged for 2 days when I only had it for less than 1. I rushed to get it returned before 5.

BENJAMIN LI would like to recommend that U-haul make the option of having the rental secured a few days in advance. This was a problem when I wanted to plan my trip but was told that the notification for use would not be sent until the day before I planned to leave for the trip. This was NOT the Vista Service Towing problem but U-haul.
