A system wide outage prevented initial pickup. I found the app unclear regarding steps to locate keys, slow to accept uploaded images, and excessively time consuming to complete. It should not be less convenient and reliable as filling out a simple form. This rental required two attempts, and nearly failed to allow me to achieve customer status. You MUST make it easier to be a customer. I will avoid any opportunity to rent your vehicles ever again. The dealer saved the sale but U-Haul lost me.

Neil SI returned the UHaul at 4:55 on Friday 2/20/26 My return did not process until 10:55 am 2/21/26. I believe i was charged for 2 days when I only had it for less than 1. I rushed to get it returned before 5.
