Not great on parking for returning truck - but found staff member and he was helpful in getting things finished.
JOHN CDrop off was closed, so no comment on personnel, but street parking is pretty tight.
AARON CFirst of all the facility was filthy and the truck was filthy as well. I had to wait around 15 minutes sensorsince there is no one on like that new the U-haul system.I had to wait for a person towing a vehicle to return.
