Service was poor overall. First, I made a reservation at exactly ONE MONTH before my pickup date. I reserved mine at Daly City which is way more closer to our apartment. But then one day before the pickup date, I received a call that the truck is not available on the original pick up place. Now I have to pay a $30 uber ride just to get the truck at Moss Beach which is 25 minutes away drive from our apartment in Daly City. It was stressful for me since I have to pay an expensive uber just to pick up the truck when I could have just walked to the pick up spot if it was only available in Daly City. Second thing is that I asked for a military discount or offers that they have. Since it was a PCS (Permanent Change of Station) move for me, I know for sure that they give discounts and offers for military members since my fellow service members had done it before for their PCS move. The guy at Moss Beach told me that they finalize all the payments once I get to my final destination and that I could let them know that it is a PCS move, and they will do all the discounts and offers once I turn in the truck. Finally, once I turned in the truck on my final destination, the gentlemen told me that my payment was finalized as soon as I pick up the truck at Moss Beach. He told me that he was just there to make sure that the truck is still in good condition. This was my first time using UHAUL, and the service is horrible. I could have saved some of my money since I am an active duty military member. Additionally, the interior of the truck was disgusting, toothpicks and liquid stains on the dashboard and cupholders. I had to sanitize and clean it before I go on with my move. This is bad.

Stuart SVehicle exterior was dirty,bug spattered and the windshield was filthy requiring cleaning. There was a check engine light on though the vehicle ran good. The facility is a auto repair shop and the owner was friendly and efficient in
