How U-Haul Reviews WorkPam and Dominic were always helpful; if at times I struggle to check out a truck, Dominic goes out there whenver he thinks I'm stuck with the check out process! LOL. It's so close to my house, and so convenient. This is my GO TO uhaul place now.
Joselito SStaff was helpful and prompt. Love that! Trucks were clean and easy to access. Lock boxes and drop box were easy to locate.
Lisa SStaff was very professional. The equipment was clean, But there was a slight problem with the truck mechanically.
LEIGHTON RI ordered equipment for pickup in Hercules. The U-Haul website allowed me to choose this location and said it was available . I got to Hercules and they said I had to drive to Richmond to pick it up. We got so behind on schedule for my move because of that. And the U-Haul back up camera didn’t work.
