First the place was dusty and covered in animal hair. Second we filled out all info online and we were told to just go pick up keys but instead it took another 30 minutes talking to the people because they needed all the info we put in on the app so what’s the point in doing self check in?? And third the equipment we requested wasn’t there and also the truck had been a bit dirty or a lot dirty (thank heavens for pics beforehand because we have proof we didn’t leave mud INSIDE ON THE SEATS. But that’s how we were given the truck. Overall I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone again. $120 for what we got??! Ha we could have paid another $200 on top of that and had professionals move all of our stuff!! And it would have been clean equipment they used

Gregory SI arrived when the location was to be open according to online but it was closed. Waited around for an hour in the parking lot and then called u-haul and they told me to leave the keys in the truck and leave. The location was supposed to have a drop box for keys but did not. The building seemed to be abandoned and could visually see trash stacked up in the building. They also had two dogs in the building parking. I am very disappointed in the drop off location.
