We did mobile pickup of our truck which was very simple. They did not leave a code to get the key so we had to call customer service, but they quickly walked us through getting our key. The truck cab could use a good dusting and wipe down, but other than that it ran good. The pickup and drop off processes were very easy and I would recommend it to anyone.
