Train the manager he was very disrespectful and the U-Haul itself was filthy. The windows was dirty. I have taken photos and then they were sent in to the headquarters his name is Kadeem. He also has been charging my mother before her five day grace period a late fee if her storage bill has not been paid on the first of the month he charges her for her storage unit at that facility.
YOLANDA GThe tire pressure sensor was not working. The truck ran good but it was just worrisome.
Larry DDid 24 hour pickup. The keys weren't in the box when I went to pick up the truck. Had to wait until it was open. They staff was ten min late. Ended up waiting an hour to pick up my truck. Location is a total joke. Never rent from there again.
