My original reservation was at an actual U-Haul location. You called me and indicated that the U-Haul location was not going to have the size truck I needed and you switched me to Apex. I picked the truck up from Apex and drove to the U-Haul location because y’all wanted me to pick up a trailer which turned out to be fortunate Because when I pulled up your U-Haul employees said they smelled something on my truck and it turned out there was no cap and the engine was all everywhere if I had not had to have picked up that trailer I could’ve driven down the road truck full and the engine have blown. That would not make me a happy camper. Fortunately, the U-Haul facility had plenty of 26 foot trucks, which was my original location to pick up a truck and switched trucks for me.

JON SAny changes to size of rentals should be communicated in advance. I scheduled for a small rental and ended up with a large truck. That’s not the location, that’s U-haul.
