Any changes to size of rentals should be communicated in advance. I scheduled for a small rental and ended up with a large truck. That’s not the location, that’s U-haul.

Monica BYou sent me a confirmation with my drop-off as requested, Charleston TN, but changed that to Cleveland Discount Center after I booked the trailer. This is exactly a "bait and switch" event and is completely disreputable if not illegal.
