Tabetha BThe location where we rented the truck did not have the blankets we needed so I had to find a location that had them. This location had all the blankets we needed and the gentleman that processed the transaction was very helpful, kind and polite. He loaded the blankets into the car for me which was unexpected . He kept in communication with me regarding the reservation and payment since this was last minute transaction . Much appreciated!
