I didn't even know what to do when I got there, the guy never came.out.to look at vehicle or anything and that made me nervous, he just yelled to me to set the keys down and that was it? First timer here... kind of confused

The guy working the desk, said "we weren't expecting a truck". He acted like he didn't want me to leave it there. This entire return was a fiasco. No one gave me a location or address for the return. I had to find one myself in Mt. Pleasant. It was unorganized, stressful. No clear instructions which made it a very anxiety provoking experience.

KENNETH DCharged a full extra for being 20 minutes late. Not cool.
JOYCE AThe service was great even though the keys for uhaul i rented was lost so was given another ihaul. The uhaul i was rented had a broken back door so we weren't able to move for hours till we had the door serviced. By that time my helpers couldn't help anymore. I did not get to finish moving and had to turn uhaul back in.
