The computer process on the pick up was wonky. The technician struggled to get information loaded and he had no way to scan/upload DL pics from there. Very frustrating. He was friendly and helpful as best he could with a confusing check out process.

Friendly People, my only recommendation is to check tires better including tire pressure
Donald SNo one was at the place when I arrived to pick up the trailer. Waiting an hour for someone but no one showed up and the trailer had garbage in it. I had to hook up the trailer myself and they charged me an extra $40 for insurance I was not able to decline because no one was there.
